Pre-Primary Survey Preparation
- Initial meeting with the client to discuss primary survey objectives, target audience, and research goals.
- Collaborative brainstorming session to outline the key areas and themes of the survey.
- Development of a draft questionnaire based on the client’s input, to be refined further during subsequent meetings.
Questionnaire Finalization
- Continued collaboration with the client to finalize the questionnaire structure and content.
- Incorporating client feedback and suggestions for question clarity and relevance.
- Ensuring the final questionnaire effectively captures the desired insights.
- Professors and domain specialists review and validate the final version of the questionnaire.
Surveyor Selection and Training
- Recruitment and selection of 20-25 surveyors with experience in data collection and communication skills.
- Conducting a comprehensive training session for surveyors, covering survey objectives, methodology, ethical considerations, and respondent engagement techniques.
Project Conclusion and Handover
- Delivery of the final data to the client in Excel or MS Word formats.
- A brief report on the procedure and limitations faced by the team.
