Siberia, 2nd August 2020: A discovery in Corona virus done.
VECTOR State Research Center of Virology and Biotechnology in Novosibirsk, Siberia, made an interesting discovery in the corona virus. The researchers at the center confirmed that 90% of the virus dies in room temperature water, and boiling water immediately kills the virus completely. Research also indicated that chlorinated water prevents the virus from multiplying, but, the virus can remain in the chlorinated water for quite some time.
Brussels, 1st August 2020: The European Union sanctions its first-ever cyber-crime.
Lately, the world is experiencing cyber-crimes that are threatening national security and the financial health of a country. The European economy was hit by the cyber crime intensely. The European Union (EU) sanctioned its first-ever cyber-crime, accusing the Russian military, Chinese cyber spies, and North Korean firms. The headquarter blamed them for the WannaCry ransomware, NotPetya malware attacks, and the Cloud Hopper cyber-espionage campaign.

London, 30th July 2020: Priceless stolen statue of Lord Shiva to be returned to India
A rare statue of Lord Shiva, stolen from Rajasthan and smuggled to the UK, will be returned to the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI). The statue is declared precious and unique for its uncommon depiction in the Prathihara style. The four feet tall stone statue of Lord Shiva is in the Nataraj form with trinetra and jatamukuta bearing in the chatura pose. The idol was stolen from the Ghateshwar temple in Rajasthan, India, in the 19th century. Indian economy feels happy with the safe return of its heritage.
Kuala Lumpur, 29th July 2020: Ex-Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak sentenced 12-year jail
The former prime minister of Malaysia, Najib Razak is sentenced 12 years of jail. He is found guilty of crimes involving the looting of the 1MDB state investment fund.
The 1Malaysia Development Berhad scandal (1MDB) is a scandal of Malaysia, where Mr. Razak was accused of transferring more RM 2.67 billion from 1MDB to his personnel account. 1MDB is a public strategic development company.
Judge Mohamad Nazlan Ghazali said that the punishment is appropriate since Najib Razak committed the crime, while he was holding the prestigious Prime Minister’s position.
Australia, 28th July 2020: Australia rejects Chinese claims of Historical rights on the South China Sea.
The South China Sea route is the busiest sea trade transportation route. The route finds its way back to the history of World War II, where Japan used it for military purposes. Since 2013, the dispute took other directions. China made claims on the Sea based on historical events. However, the claims do not go favorably with the international laws framed by the United Nations Convention for the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS).
Australia becomes the first country outside the South China Sea region to reject the Chinese claims on the sea route. Australia refuses the Chinese encroachment on the territorial waters saying it violates the laws of the Sea framed by UNCLOS. The USA pushing it far with the Chinese consulate at Huston on fire accused of spying so that there is no return without a war with China.
